The Glasshouse Grill features a Signature Pressed Coal Grill and Josper Oven.

Our bespoke kitchen has 2 natural coal grills. The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. 

The signature design helps retain all the flavour from the coal and wood, which retains the heat and moisture whilst cooking. This means the meat holds as much moisture and flavour as possible, whilst getting that amazing char grill crust only achievable when cooking with wood. 

Along with our decadent menu of fine selections, we also have a range of starters that are perfect to share, fresh pastas, pizzas and a range of classic meals to enjoy.
